With the chaos of the holiday season, wouldn't it be nice if somethings were a little less overwhelming? I took the easy way out with these cinnamon sugar palmiers by using puff pastry, and I don't even regret it. I used Martha Stewart's recipe, but I omitted the chocolate. To avoid staleness, make them the day of your event. I added a cinnamon glaze to some of them. Get creative!
