In the Kitchen: Pear Cinnamon Sparklers

At our donut brunch we wanted to make a dressier, holiday-inspired mimosa. Initially we wanted white cranberry juice, but Trader Joes doesn't sell any, and we had a time constraint. We left with Pear Cinnamon Cider.

This cocktail is a no-fuss drink, and like mimosas, it could not be simpler. We poured half a glass of Pear Cinnamon Cider, and filled the rest of the glass with champagne. Then topped it off with a festive decoration like cranberries on a toothpick or a cinnamon stick.



Tip: Used random champagne flutes for added charm.
