In the Kitchen: Ginger Beer

It's funny, I'm not even sure I enjoy ginger beer, but for some reason I wanted to make it. So without questioning myself, I got to work.

The task at hand was simpler than I imagined, but *warning: grating ginger may break nails and chip polish.

I used this recipe here and the only thing I did differently was used a cheese cloth instead of a sieve. It worked well! I see a Moscow Mule Party in the near future.

Tie a bow around a bottle for a simple gift or package with a copper cup (like this one) and a lime. Just add vodka!
