Cocktail of the Month!

From here on out (or until I run out) I'll be sharing a cocktail of the month recipe. To kick us off, here is a simple twist to a classic: vodka tonic with St. Germain.
If you haven't tried or heard of St. Germain it is an elderflower liqueur. I'm not usually a fan of sweet drinks and flavors, but this elixir won me over. After seeing it at Costco a few weeks ago I had to bring it home.

Ingredients
Tonic water
2 - 3 parts vodka of choice
1 part St. Germain
Ice
Garnish

Fill a glass with ice, followed by your St. Germain. Then add your vodka starting with 2 parts and adding more later depending on preference. Top with your tonic water, and stir gently. I used mint as a garnish, but I think ice cubes with frozen edible flowers would be beautiful! I might also give this recipe a try sometime.

S. Roderick
