Cocktail of the Month: Blood Orange Sangria
With a deep red hue appropriate for fall and tangy blood oranges, this sangria makes a festive October drink for parties or girls night. Add some spooky decor to a punch bowl of this sangria and serve it at your Halloween event. It's easy and takes 3 ingredients! I wanted to add brandy, but we were all out at my house. If you want an extra punch, add 1/2 cup of brandy, and let me know how it turns out!
1 bottle of Spanish Red Wine - I used this one
1 liter of Blood Orange Soda - I used Trader Joes
Fruit - I used 1 orange, 1 apple & a handful of strawberries
How to Make
1. Pour both liquids into a sealable container or pitcher (it will need to refrigerate for 24 hours).
2. Cut or slice your fruit, and add them to your container.
3. Cover your container, and refrigerate overnight or for 24 hours before enjoying!
Will keep for a few days to a week in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
