Sweat Every Day

Ever since last summer the phrase "sweat every day" has been popping up everywhere. On tv, in magazines, on advertisements, EVERYWHERE. And why shouldn't it? It's a motto to live by.

I don't get around to working out as much as I should, but I try to do something active enough to break a sweat every single day. Recently it's been moving furniture to set up for events or taking a walk somewhere I usually would drive. Since I try to live an active life and squeeze in workouts on the go, activewear is so important! The only problem is the price. . . Why we spend so much on clothes we plan to sweat in really confuses me.

  1. That's a cool water bottle! I haven't really heard "sweat every day." I think it's one of those things you only notice when you're aware of it. I'll probably see it all over now. :] // itsCarmen.com ☼ ☯

    1. Yes, you'll be seeing it everywhere now! Good thing it's an awesome reminder. And I absolutely love my BKR water bottle. I'm thinking about getting another.

  2. That last sentence - so true! Few years ago sportswear was nowhere near so pricey, but then again, healthy lifestyle was a choice not a trend to follow. PS LOVE that bottle and the whole matchy thing going on here.

    1. I know, it's all so pricy! However, I think the technology is more advanced and things fit better. I always go for the sales!

    1. I think the color is under a new name now, but I think it's similar to Holiday.
