4 Things Helpful

Photo: Mashable via link 2

Unfortunately, I had to work yesterday. No day off for me. Luckily I only work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and then try to babysit on my days off. Welcome to the life of a recent college graduate. On this Tuesday morning I wanted to share a few things that I found helpful this week (and some every week).

The Skimm - - - Ladies, if you're not signed up for this newsletter, you're severely missing out. It's the first thing I read when I get to work. Alex thinks it caters to a female audience, but I'm sure some guys like it too.

16 Animals that Lasted Longer at the Gym Than You - - - Well, definitely me. Got a little laugh from their cute faces and fun poses. My favorite is the little pig and the first Frenchie. Too cute!

Newport Beach Restaurant Week - - - For those of you who are local, this link helped me plan my eating calendar for the next two weeks. It started yesterday and goes on through February 1. I know where I'll be dining.

CPR Certification (the link had to be taken down, but you can find all kinds of online Certification websites) - - - Something I think everyone should know. Brush up on your CPR (or first aid) knowledge, and you may help save someone's life. I've taken in person classes and just use these for re-certification, but if you haven't taken in person classes, I highly advise them.
