April Project

I'm sharing and starting my April Project a little late because I spent the past few days in Eugene, Oregon. This month's project is for general health, as well as to help me get ready for warmer, drier weather. I also wanted to take some time to catch you all up on how last month's project went.
MARCH PROJECT
Last month my goal was to part with one item each day (photos of a few are above). I started the month off strong, but faded around half way. It wasn't an issue because on the days I remembered I got rid of multiple items, but it just wasn't as consistent. My closet feels a little lighter and spacier, each of my beauty products is used regularly , and even our kitchen is more practical. So, I accomplished my goal, but didn't do it the way I planned. I still like the getting rid of one item a day if you can, so I encourage you to try it out for yourselves.

APRIL PROJECT
This month's project is simple: drink more water every day. I know about how much water I drink in a day. I rarely fill my water bottle up a second time at work, and I sip on 2-3 glasses a day while I'm at home. Clearly, that is not enough. Since I know how much I regularly drink, I'm going to push myself daily to drink more than I normally would. This means always filling up my water bottle for a second time, and possibly a third. I also plan to drink very few other liquids while doing this. The project is a little more flexible, but it's more about me being honest with myself on whether or not I know I should be drinking more. Hopefully this one sticks after April is over!

How much water a day do you drink? I've heard half your body weight in ounces, but I'd love to hear what others have heard!
