Borrowed

I grew up in a home with 3 sisters and 0 brothers. In high school my outfits were probably fifty percent mine, and fifty percent my sister's. Addison's closet was the prized possession in the house.
After moving away to school I realized how important it is for me to build my own wardrobe. Now most of the clothes I wear are my own, and even though I live at home again, the way we borrow clothes has changed. The biggest change is that only two of us live at home (until May when Addison moves back in). We've also grown into different body shapes, and my siblings clothes don't always fit me quite right. But occasionally we'll swap clothes like this old times. I borrowed this dress from my younger sister Hope. She's probably the most generous sister when it comes to her wardrobe.

  1. I also had two sisters and it was like war in High School over each others clothes! I personally think I had the best closet ;) Sometimes I would get to school and see my sister wearing something of mine and I'd be like I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!! Haha. It is funny now because we have such different styles, and like you said body types.

    1. Oh yes, most of our fights were over clothing. The worst was when someone ruined another person's piece. My sister actually spilled red wine on a Haute Hippie dress of mine a couple months ago! Thanks for your comment!
